2) Could this be the next Black Swan?

An unreasonable and unforeseen situation with crippling consequences may be defined as as a Black Swan. For more on that terminology please consult here.

- Short answer: Yes, it is the next Black Swan. Markets will recover (very) later on, consultancy jobs in danger, time to downsize and retain loyal customer base as anything else is suicide. Criminality on the rise, guard your reputation, keep a clean record and avoid being placed on a list. Survive first to thrive later, smaller but better service is the key to success but do not count on it, nor feel bad, the world has gone mad after all. Increase your value as human asset, not the time for new ventures.

- Long answer: We begin with a contradictory revelation as it speaks of a sense of security that belongs in the past and is linked to the Element of Air/Suit of Swords, which represents all things final and intellectual. Given how the present is shaped by the (x) card and that the future returns to the another card of the same suit as the past, the suggestion is that in order to maintain your former power in economical matters you must rely on the same principles. What all this means is again a no brainer, nothing but the suggestion not for self-improvement but rather reinvention. You might have seen this in how some industries have turned to manufacturing hygienic masks. That is why I suggest that, if you cannot change what you do right now, it is best you downsize and get better at your current profession or become an invaluable human asset in your workplace. Recording devices should be brought to play as well, because in the event of unfair termination you may find litigation to be quite profitable.

The following usual draw I felt compelled to repeat. I was not surprised to find some cards repeating.

The first draw of six spoke that the mentality for quick cash will become the norm and by consequence fiscal readaptation would follow, along with scams and con artists, with the two possible outcomes being either profit through carefully thought choices or a call for endurance until the pandemic blows over. Though the cards speak of mitigation of loss through partnership it rather seems not that new enterprises will be made by coming together, but rather that the economy will be shaped in such way that it will force us into smaller congregations, either through more personal relation between consumers and producers or, in rather grim fashion, depending on public help. Not as catastrophic as bread lines, only a rise in dependency on welfare and grants.

If you are a business owner you may experience loss of employees and associates. Ready severance pays and plan ahead in case of leaving partners, just do not become the leaving party, they will not fare well on their own and you do not want to be in that position, yours must be that of perseverance and betterment of your assets. The time for growth may come later, now it is the time for becoming a reference in the market. No startups, no agreements, just make the best of what you have got.

The second draw of six is grim. It is almost the same as the first with the exception of the two possible outcomes, telling that it will either result the acceptance of a larger presence of goverment that borders tyranny, or to expect absolute chaos. Whenever the card of The Moon appears it will often mean that the consultant walks into a situation brought about by their own delusion, but when it appears inverted it speaks of horror. Simply put the consultant must consider what could be the worst outcome possible and prepare for it, because that is what lies ahead, this case being a repetition of the LA Riots across the nation and the implementation of martial law.

The pivoting point between either of two outcomes, is The Star card. Otherwise meaning the closest thing to a guaranteed success, this does not apply when discussing the fate of an entity beyond the mere individual. The question asked was to know the fate of global economy which to say the least cannot be saved, at least outside of fiction, by a mere person with the right idea.

This means that you are on your own and nothing but your wits will save you.

On the other hand The Star also symbolizes high hopes and ideals and the best you can do is cultivate that, the notion that things will get better and take small measures to endure, treat this situation with the same attitude that you would treat disaster preparation. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst by learning to suffer with dignity.

The draw of twelve says we will witness a lot of power play from financial institutions that it may seem as if the pandemic was planned, but to remember that these are no premeditated moves, rather a scramble to stay on top. The ensuing discontent will be exploited by groups who wish to come to relevance thusly forcing the hand of goverment to slam down on nail that sticks out. Witch hunts and short-lived Red Scares will be the norm for a while and their success lies entirely on goading you into action. Passivity and self-care are your best bets here, use the time being to update yourself and your knowledge, work out, learn a language, fix your home,whatever keeps you indoors and free from tags or being put on a list. Fitness is a far more rewarding experience than re-learning basic motor skills after catching a rubber bullet to the head. The Suit of Wands appears often and it belongs to the Element of Fire, to which all things authoritarian belong to, so rather than fierce competitors you may well be facing a clash with your government.

Side note: Coincidentally enough, 2020 is the Year of the Rat in Chinese Astrology, preceeded by the Year of the Pig or rather the boar. According to this branch of divination, which coincidentally leads to a grotesque picture if you take it at face value: With prosperity gone it was only a matter of time to see the worst element of society coming afloat.

Let thieves run rampant and laugh as they pass into history playing the role that too many have averted their eyes from, it is a much needed evil to remind the blind of the price to pay for law and order. Do not intervene lest the powers that be gleefuly make an example of you, you are less scary than the real threat after all.
