Blind reading for a brate.
A friend of mine asked for a blind reading.
I.- Overview: Three cards representing past, present and future.
--> Short answer: The people above you are making unreasonable demands. Comply (in appearance) because they need to set an example and you would be walking into their ambush otherwise. Beware of abuse from authority, observe OPSEC and scrub your media. Nothing bad will come so if you see any patterns just ignore and evade.
You cannot make certain gambles. The memester life is over and the stakes are higher. Ghost 'em, ghost them hard!
Past: Nine of Swords. Suffering and oppression. You have come a long way.
Present: Eight of Swords inverted. Upright means deceit and being stuck in place by your enemy. In this orientation means yo are about to see through the deceit and find a chance to get even. Smooth movements, do not rush, do not alert your enemy.
Future: King of Swords inverted. The upright King of Swords is someone or some instutition that is harsh, swift and decisive such as a judge, the police or final violence. Upturned means a petty moron in power who wants to remove opposition. Might refer to either you, someone above you or even both. The conclusion is: you and whoever is bothering you are on equal footing, which means no one will win if you clash.
One will lose and the other will walk away nearly destroyed, so be the smarter man and remember that wars are won by outmaneuvering and flanking your opponent, otherwise it is a head-on collision, brave if you really have nothing to lose.
II.- Outcome: Twelve cards to describe what you will do most likely.
--> Short answer: Your enemy will commit a lot of mistakes that you can exploit later if you play dead for now.
1.- Signifficator, the reason to this reading: The Sun. A symbol of clarity. You are seeking the answer to a lot of shady things going on your back. You have noticed you are being cheated and want to know more about it.
2.- Cause: The Fool, inverted. It means the begining of a journey, but reversed means going in blind by your own attitude. It is not naivety, it is unnecessary conflictive behavior. Whatever bad happens is, for this time, totally on you. Sounds harsh but it is liberating to know you have the only say in this.
3.- Crown, the visible reasons: The Magus. You and all what you can do. You want to know what movement comes next. You want to prove yourself something and at the same time know you should not. Again, it is all on you.
4.- Root, the unseen reasons: The Hermit. Misery, old age, avarice, usury. The Hermit, symbol of Saturn, is also a sign of BITTER LESSONS but also WISDOM. It means whoever works against you is a nosy moron who would happily punish you for all what he has not, but it is too frail to do it UNLESS YOU ALLOW HIM TO PLAY THE VICTIM. Be wiser and comply as a jest to his antics.
5.- Past: The Empress. Abundancy and maternal support. The good times, also maternity and children.
6.- Future: Four of Golds. Abundancy solidified. Great progress and profit, making a name for yourself, becoming a referent.
7.- Emotions: Eight of Golds. You are focused on how much work you have left and how to sustain your project. You know that your capital lies on your skill and service, so it worries you that you may be wrongfully made redundant.
8.- Enviroment: Six of Cups inverted. The people around you pressure you to show some people it is not about the money but to send a message. Otherwise an honorable thing, this time would require you sacrifice much for your ideals. Brave but it is really not worth it if you cannot make it count. Avoid idealism or ideological confrontations, there will be time for that.
9.- Hopes and fears: Two of Swords inverted. Fear of failure. It usually means being forced to choose between two things. Reversed, means the choice is made for you, and false friends. Trying to solve this with black-and-white optics results only in your loss. Be like the horseback Mongol archers, one false retreat followed by a countercharge. Now it is the time to pretend to fall back.
10, 11 and 12.- Outcome: Six of Golds, Nine of Golds, Knight of Swords. In order means charity, monetary fulfillment and then fast-paced decisions. In my opinions, if you do this right, your project will rise after a period of giving-in to demands and apparent servitude. Then, when you are too good to be sacked, too ungovernable, your rival will commit enough mistakes that you will be able to swiftly bring them down.
THIS MEANS: Play the part and compile evidence of unlawful management, then take them to court or expose them in the tabloids. You know, they will cut corners, fire people, garnish wages... And you will be there to document it. TRUST NO ONE because in these trying times people will betray whoever just to keep their job.
III.- Solutions: Six cards, two mutually-exclusive outcomes, depending on one solution.
I.- The spread of six:
--> Short answer: Your only solution is to play dead for now. Pride comes before the fall and they know your triggers. Pretend to be as selfish as your peers, only concerned with keeping your job and paycheck. The time to get even will come later on. DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE TO MESS THEM UP BY BEING IMPATIENT. Victory assured but ONLY IF YOU WAIT.
1) Signifficator card, or the situation you are in: inverted Seven of Swords. Normally means a battle won but not the war, a lot left to done, but in this sense means unexpected help or a turning of the table. Be patient and wait for the chance.
2) Circumstances card, how you got here: Eight of Cups. Suffering for your ideals. Abandoning what good you got going because you think there are more important things to do. The reverse of virtue-signalling but at a hefty cost. Defending your ideals only matters if you make it count and now it is not the moment.
3) External influences, what keeps you down: Seven of Golds, inverted. Unfulfilled expectations, a lot of work done for little profit or signifficance. You have labored long and hard, do not throw it away by being impatient.
4) One ending: Two of Golds. Tense management of fortunes. It means juggling between financial obligations. No peace, only taxes and debt.
5) Other ending: Ace of Wands, inverted. Usually a symbol of missed chances, but in this case means avoiding catastrophy. There is a lot set against you but it cannot act unless you make a mistake, much like a bear trap. It can only hurt you if you step on it, leave it alone and the hinges of the mechanism will rust away harmlessly.
6) The pivot, of what depends any of the endings: Five of Swords inverted. Normally it means conquering your enemy. In reverse means THINKING that you are doing it. This means avoid prideful actions and play the fool.
TL;DR: Your enemy is waiting for you to make a move and pile the blame on you. Ignore it and get even later on.
